Individual Parent Coaching Sessions

• 9 Weeks to Transform Your Parenting. This is the life raft we all need. Whether you are a single mom, an aspiring novelist dad, or a stressed parent flipping out more than you want, you can turn it all around in less than three months. We will meet on Zoom one hour a week to discuss your specific challenges and build skills; you’ll also complete supportive workbooks designed to help you parent in alignment with your values. You will leave feeling well and fully resourced, prepared to face even the hardest parenting moments.

• 6 Week Teen/Tween Crisis Support. If you are concerned about your 9 -18 year-old child’s mental health, let’s start here. Together we will build your family’s mental health team tailored to your specific needs, and get you grounded in safety and knowledge. We will meet for one hour a week of Zoom, and you’ll complete a few co-created action steps.

• Admission Season Support. Is your child applying to college or private school? I've been there, and I needed all of my skills. In 3-6 sessions, I offer essay feedback, help you preserve and restore parent-child relationships, and prepare for what's to come.

• As-Needed Parent Coaching. Don’t worry - if at the end of our 6 or 12 weeks together, you feel you need more support, I’m here for you! We can talk about what makes sense for you going forward.
